What is polymer clay?
Polymer clay is an ultra lightweight and non-toxic material made from polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It's an extremely versatile medium that can be used to make anything from jewelry to figurines to well- basically anything you can imagine. The best quality about polymer clay is that it's a bit of juxtaposition - it's extremely light yet durable at the same time, which makes it perfect for creating statement earrings that are comfortable to wear all day, through all your adventures!
How do I care for my pieces?
To care for your jewelry, please avoid contact with chemicals, solvents, or aerosol products. While polymer clay is water resistant, it is not fully waterproof, so it's best to avoid prolonged contact / submergence in water. You can clean your pieces gently by using a damp cloth with water. Polymer clay is quite sturdy, but may break if bent or dropped with force. A little care goes a long way and you can be sure that your pieces will stay looking brand new.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days, with the exception of made-to-order pieces. All orders are shipped by Canada Post and can be tracked via tracking number, where available. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1 week, while International orders may vary based on the shipping method selected (on average 2-3 weeks). If you need an item by a certain time please feel free to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.
Is gift wrapping available?
Of course! All Little Fables pieces are packaged in a beautiful jewelry gift box that is also recyclable and plastic free to minimize our eco-footprint.
